The standard GH/T1065-2010 "Bullet Cleaner" drafted by Zhengzhou Cotton and Hemp Engineering Design Institute of China National Supply and Marketing Cooperative has been put into practice for more than two years. Verification and continuous improvement were approved by the expert group last year and promulgated in December 1, 2010. During the drafting of the standard, we can find out a lot of relevant standards and materials at home and abroad, understand the specific situation of other manufacturing units and actual users, and consult relevant units and experts for suggestions extensively, so as to make the data source reasonable, reliable, advanced and practical.
First, the application field of cleaning machine.
1. The sterile seeds discharged from the ginning machine and lint cleaner are generally used in the aquaculture industry, but the sterile seeds contain certain cotton fibers, and the effective fibers can be further processed and utilized. If it does not recycle, it will affect the profit of cotton processing enterprises and cause waste of resources.
2. All kinds of fibers in cotton yarn, small cloth head, linen and chemical fibers can be cleaned up and recycled by bomb clearer and effectively utilized. It will play a role in turning waste into treasure, saving energy and reducing emissions and protecting the environment.
Two. A brief process of standard setting
At present, the quality of the bomb cleaning machine on the market is uneven, and the cleaning efficiency is high and low. In response to the call of the state, it is urgent for the state to standardize the existing market and determine a feasible industry standard.
1, the formation of the draft for clearing bomb. In order to formulate a rigorous, scientific, practical, advanced and feasible industry standard for bullet clearer, Shandong Swan Cotton Machinery Co., Ltd. based on many years of production and manufacturing experience, starts from the performance of equipment, meticulous to every small part, and optimizes the design of equipment in time. At the same time, the designer is sent to the scene to understand the performance of the equipment and the situation of meeting the various indicators, and then summarize and improve in time, in order to make the standard advanced and operable. Because there is no industry standard of "bomb clearer" in China, several units involved in drafting communicated and investigated in time, and finally drafted the draft of "bomb clearer" industry standard for comments.
2, the process of examining and approving the "cleaning machine". In order to ensure the rigorousness and scientificity of the standard formulation, the National Technical Committee for Cotton Processing Standardization organized a seminar on the industry standard of "bomb clearer" in Beijing from October 17 to 18, 2009. Eighteen representatives from cotton processing enterprises in Shandong, Xinjiang, Henan, Hebei and Jiangsu, as well as cotton machine manufacturing enterprises, attended the seminar. Participated in the seminar, delegates carefully discussed, studied and revised the draft standard for solicitation of opinions, and put forward many constructive suggestions, which eventually formed the final version of "Cleaner".
3, "cleaning machine" approval of the draft. From Jan. 5 to Jan. 8, 2010, the National Technical Committee for Cotton Processing Standardization organized a seminar on the industry standard of the bomb clearer in Sanya, Hainan. The participants further put forward some detailed and pertinent amendments. At last, 34 participants agreed to adopt the standard and finally form a draft for approval.
